Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to work with OEMs, large forklift fleets, and MHE dealers around environmental credits
- Establish and manage relationships with the MHE entities
- Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams to support customers’ needs
- Prepare presentations and address questions regarding Element Markets' offerings
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales plans and marketing efforts to successfully achieve business objectives
- Utilize market data to adjust sales and marketing tactics for maximum success
- Utilize existing industry relationships to develop new client relationships
- Maintain robust sales pipeline through ongoing business development activities
- Manage the sales process with multiple customers - from prospecting to building value proposition, securing buy-in, and negotiating contracts
- Provide strategic account management and maintain effective client relationships
- Evaluate and present opportunities for product and services development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, finance, engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Successful business development or sales track record within forklift truck or battery OEMs, MHE dealership, and/or MHE fleet sales organizations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in layman’s terms
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory environmental policies and markets preferred
- Must possess an enthusiastic and positive approach to market challenges
- Well organized, disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to detail
- Highly computer literate, with advanced spreadsheet-based skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
